No, at this time it is private pay. I can provide a superbill at the end of your intensive to submit to insurance for “Out of Network” Coverage.
I have researched several local non-profits who may provide grants for families in order to make therapy more affordable. Please indicate in your initial contact if you would like further information on local grants and the application process.
I cannot guarantee coverage by any non-profit programs.

At this time, payments are required at the first session of your intensive via Square. You may choose to pay one week at a time or the full cost up-front. We accept credit cards, HSA, FSA, and checks at this time. Please make checks payable to Milestone Moments PT.

Yes, a parent or caregiver needs to be present. Physical therapy and intensive models require carryover at home in order for maximal success.
The end of your intensive will be focused on providing you a HEP to complete at home to help your child maintain and further develop the motor skills they learned throughout their intensive.
